Yoakim Bridge Winery is owned by Virginia and David Cooper. Virginia and her husband tell a meet cute story that beats all Hollywood. They were both the oldest students in culinary school at 48, so they just had to fall in love because everyone else in class was too young. Love may be blind but we all know the way to the heart.
Their bright and engaging personalities soar in this role. She makes the most amazing barbecue sauce out of her even more amazing Zinfandel and serves it to you over a piping hot meatball for you to savor while tasting. Sip, chew, sip and wow! The chemistry between these two is…well, boom is the technical term for it I’m sure.
