It must be the minerals in the soil or being high above the fog layer. But, the petite sirah from Gold Hill Vineyards elevated our spirits. Its well balanced combination of deep purple plum and blueberry felt wide on the palate. Then the long luxe finish took us back for another sip. WOW.
