Tastings at Rombauer make you feel elated by the joy. Descendants of Irma Rombauer, author of the Joy of Cooking, develop amazing wines to share with all recipes. A cab that retails for $80 had very vibrant cherry and berry flavors with balanced complexity. An outstanding zin rested in American and French oak barrels so it became the best of both worlds. A hearty robust zin with developed fruit flavors with herbaceousness and character.
